Coronavirus Update

If you have been abroad in the last 14 days to one of the high risk Coronavirus countries identified by nhs.uk or have been in close contact with someone with CONFIRMED Coronavirus, DO NOT come to surgery, pharmacy or hospital.  Call NHS 111, stay indoors and avoid close contact with other people.

The NHS is well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases and has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

Check online at gov.uk and at nhs.uk for advice on your travel and contact history and the latest COVID-19 information before attending the practice.

Telephone Questionnaire

Due to recent feedback about the telephone issues at some of our sites, we are conducting a quick survey to try and pinpoint the issues to address. We are as ever tied by space, and finances and so unfortunately just employing more and more staff is not feasible, so we need to find a creative solution, that address the problems. Answering these few quick questions will support us to get the right system in place for our patients. We will feedback with the results and the proposed solution we intend to put in place by May 2021.

Please fill in the survey below.

Smear tests

Smear tests can prevent cervical cancer but they aren't always easy, especially right now. We are supporting www.jostrust.org.uk and telling people that we are open and still doing smears. It's so important that you come in when you are contacted by the NHS.
